Permanently expands and softens leather footwear, gloves and accessories that are too tight. Excellent for breaking in new shoes that are uncomfortable. Apply to the inside of an article to weaken the material before applying pressure where extra room is needed most. Contains a special ingredient that helps to prevent mildew. May be used on leather, suede, canvas, fabric and more.

Directions
Test first on a small inconspicuous area for color fastness. Do not wear item while applying liquid. Do not get product on or near skin. Do not over-spray or over-saturate.
Shake well then squeeze the bottle lightly and apply liquid inside the article, towards the area of discomfort that needs stretching. Apply pressure to the area to help stretch the material. This can be done by either wearing article with a protective barrier in between treated item and skin until tightness disappears. Or, if stretching footwear, another option is to insert a wooden shoe stretcher to apply pressure to the area of discomfort. It is best to stretch in small increments and repeat if necessary.

These rates apply to orders in Canada and the United States only.
Shipping is free on all purchases of $99.00 CAD or more before taxes for Canada only (exceptions: For Nunavut, Northwest Territories, Yukon, and a few other exceptions, shipping charges may apply).
Your order will normally be shipped the same day or within 24 hours. Please allow 2 to 7 business days for delivery. We ship with Canada Post, Canpar, GLS, Purolator, UPS, or FedEx.
A tracking number will be sent to you by email once the shoe has been shipped. You can check the status on the shipping company's website using your tracking number.
Anyone picking up an order placed online for in-store pickup must bring photo ID confirming the address on the order. A photocopy of this ID will be taken for our records.
Returns and exchanges

You can submit a return request here.
* If you are not completely satisfied, simply return your purchase within 14 days of the date of purchase for an exchange or refund. applied to the original payment method with original receipt. Be sure to notify us by email before returning or exchanging of the merchandise. We will provide you with an RMA number and instructions. Returns without authorization will not be accepted, or a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs for returns/exchanges must be paid by the buyer. We do not refund shipping costs for returns. For any order returned more than once, we will deduct OUR shipping costs from the refund.
FINAL SALE: Any item marked "Final Sale" is non-exchangeable and non-refundable. This applies to all sales of 40% or more.
Our insoles are non-returnable and non-exchangeable for hygiene reasons.
Cleaning products are non-returnable.
Any package returned to us, unclaimed, refused, or because the address you provided is incorrect will incur a handling fee of $25.00 in addition to the shipping costs to and from our location.
All sales in the United States are FINAL SALES. No returns or exchanges due to tariffs, customs duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees...
