PRO-TEX™ WATER REPELLENT is an all-weather, year-round water repellent for all genuine leather, suede, nubuck, sheepskin, canvas, fabric and more. It forms an invisible shield that helps guard against harsh weather including rain, snow and sleet - helping to preserve colour, prevent cracking and discolouration, and extend the life of your items. Spray your footwear and water will bead up and roll off the surface of the material. Great for use on all styles and colours of footwear, garments, furniture, accessories and more. Made in Canada.

Why it matters
Leather and suede are porous materials — moisture, salt and oils can penetrate, causing drying, cracking, and colour loss. Without protection, even a light drizzle can have long-term damage. Many waterproof sprays either leave a heavy coating that blocks breathability or alter the look of the surface. PRO-TEX™ offers a middle ground: a barrier that repels these damaging elements but still lets the material breathe and preserve its look. Regular reapplication after heavy exposure to harsh weather helps maintain performance.
Shipping rates
These rates apply to orders in Canada and the United States only.
Shipping is free on all purchases of $99.00 CAD or more before taxes for Canada only (exceptions: For Nunavut, Northwest Territories, Yukon, and a few other exceptions, shipping charges may apply).
Your order will normally be shipped the same day or within 24 hours. Please allow 2 to 7 business days for delivery. We ship with Canada Post, Canpar, GLS, Purolator, UPS, or FedEx.
A tracking number will be sent to you by email once the shoe has been shipped. You can check the status on the shipping company's website using your tracking number.
Anyone picking up an order placed online for in-store pickup must bring photo ID confirming the address on the order. A photocopy of this ID will be taken for our records.
Returns and exchanges

You can submit a return request here.
* If you are not completely satisfied, simply return your purchase within 14 days of the date of purchase for an exchange or refund. applied to the original payment method with original receipt. Be sure to notify us by email before returning or exchanging of the merchandise. We will provide you with an RMA number and instructions. Returns without authorization will not be accepted, or a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs for returns/exchanges must be paid by the buyer. We do not refund shipping costs for returns. For any order returned more than once, we will deduct OUR shipping costs from the refund.
FINAL SALE: Any item marked "Final Sale" is non-exchangeable and non-refundable. This applies to all sales of 40% or more.
Our insoles are non-returnable and non-exchangeable for hygiene reasons.
Cleaning products are non-returnable.
Any package returned to us, unclaimed, refused, or because the address you provided is incorrect will incur a handling fee of $25.00 in addition to the shipping costs to and from our location.
All sales in the United States are FINAL SALES. No returns or exchanges due to tariffs, customs duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees...
NOTE: Please note that all returns must be returned in their original new condition. and their original box or packagingWorn shoes are non-refundable. If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, we will replace it or issue a credit, including shipping costs.
