Entirely handcrafted by our artisans in Quebec City, Saute-Mouton boots are made from the finest raw materials available. Although very versatile, these boots are basically designed for urban use.
La botte Alby sera parfaite pour garder vos pieds au chaud tout au long de l'hiver - avec style. Sa fermeture à glissière permet de la porter facilement, tandis que ses lacets lui confèrent une allure classique et un ajustement précis. Entièrement fabriquées à la main au Québec, les bottes Saute-Mouton sont faites avec les meilleurs matériaux disponibles. Très polyvalentes, elles sont surtout conçues pour la ville.

MAINTENANCE
Saute-Mouton boots require very little maintenance: a damp cloth is all you need to remove salt stains.
After a few seasons, we recommend using an aerosol leather protector; these products can be used on most leathers, suedes and nubucks.
Bear and mink oils and greases are not recommended for our leathers and will void the warranty.
Using a suede brush cleans and restores suede to its original appearance.
Shipping rates
These rates apply to orders in Canada and the United States only.
Shipping is free on all purchases of $99.00 CAD or more before taxes for Canada only (exceptions: For Nunavut, Northwest Territories, Yukon, and a few other exceptions, shipping charges may apply).
Your order will normally be shipped the same day or within 24 hours. Please allow 2 to 7 business days for delivery. We ship with Canada Post, Canpar, GLS, Purolator, UPS, or FedEx.
A tracking number will be sent to you by email once the shoe has been shipped. You can check the status on the shipping company's website using your tracking number.
Anyone picking up an order placed online for in-store pickup must bring photo ID confirming the address on the order. A photocopy of this ID will be taken for our records.
Returns and exchanges

You can submit a return request here.
* If you are not completely satisfied, simply return your purchase within 14 days of the date of purchase for an exchange or refund. applied to the original payment method with original receipt. Be sure to notify us by email before returning or exchanging of the merchandise. We will provide you with an RMA number and instructions. Returns without authorization will not be accepted, or a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs for returns/exchanges must be paid by the buyer. We do not refund shipping costs for returns. For any order returned more than once, we will deduct OUR shipping costs from the refund.
FINAL SALE: Any item marked "Final Sale" is non-exchangeable and non-refundable. This applies to all sales of 40% or more.
Our insoles are non-returnable and non-exchangeable for hygiene reasons.
Cleaning products are non-returnable.
Any package returned to us, unclaimed, refused, or because the address you provided is incorrect will incur a handling fee of $25.00 in addition to the shipping costs to and from our location.
All sales in the United States are FINAL SALES. No returns or exchanges due to tariffs, customs duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees...
NOTE: Please note that all returns must be returned in their original new condition. and their original box or packagingWorn shoes are non-refundable. If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, we will replace it or issue a credit, including shipping costs.
Returns that are not packaged with paper or a shipping box will be refused.
